Refund policy

• A customer may be entitled to a full refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase if a wrong item -different from what was ordered- was sent.
• A customer may choose to exchange a purchased item within 14 days of receipt even without a specific reason. However, all delivery fees would be borne by the customer.
• ⁠A customer is entittled to a refund within 14 days of reciept if the correct item was delivered but the customer was not satisfied with the order. A 20% charge would be deducted from the purchase amount for styling and internal logistic. The refund would also exclude the delivery fee.
Note: All purchased items must be returned in the same condition in which they were recieved.
• Refund policy covers items within 14 days of receipt from delivery companies used by Aloma Hair.
• Refund policy does not cover items that has been customized upon customer’s request.
•Refund policy does not cover custom orders.
•Refund takes 7-14 working days.

Pre-Order Policies

 Preorders are payment made for units that are not in stock or customised orders.

  • Payments are to be made in full. Payments not made in full are considered as instalments and policies regarding instalment payment would apply.
  • Standard timeframe for preorder is 3-6 weeks, but can extend during Asian Holiday seasons. Flight and custom delays and festive periods.
  • Coloured units on preorder could come in a slightly different shade.
  • Custom preorders cannot be changed or swapped once order is placed.
  • Payments for preorders are final and non-refundable
